Established in 2014, We Are Phonik is the sister label to 1980 Recordings which we featured a few weeks ago and is also owned and run by international DJ/producer/label honcho, Dan McKie.
We Are Phonik is a multi-genre label which focuses on crossover commercial house, tech house, dance, electronica and all music in between that'll make you dance.
Based in both London and Barcelona, 2022 sees the label drop it’s 100th release courtesy of Samuel Abello, Rob Jones TV's ‘These Streets’. Over the years, label favourite Abello has put out several other tracks, and the We Are Phonik family also consists of the likes of Tom Brownlow, Filip Gronlund, K & K, Ed Lee, DOWNLow (US), Birds In The Basement and countless other artists and producers.
