Jalapeno Records has been providing serious heat to the UK’s dance music scene since 2000!
Owned by UK music industry veteran Trevor McNamee (pictured below) the core of the Jalapeno label revolves around soul, funk, hip hop, disco and breaks, while sub labels for artists including Kraak & Smaak, Kid Crème, Prok & Fitch and Ambassadeurs, have provided a more electronic slant.
2022 saw new signing Sam Redmore (pictured below) break through with his debut album 'Universal Vibrations' getting over 50 plays on BBC 6 Music and being made album of the week on Jazz FM.
2023 will also see new albums from other key artists from the label including, The Allergies, Smoove & Turrell, Izo FitzRoy and Flevans.
