Adesso Music is the new label from renowned producer Junior Jack and his friend and music partner Pat BDS set up 2 years ago this month. To mark the occasion, they are releasing the very heavy ‘Adesso Music Session 01’ compilation this Friday, which features the label's core family of talented artists and showcases its stylish and forward thinking sound.


It is spearheaded by the new single ‘Calling’ by AndThen, which will feature on June’s Underground discs and is a chunky, late night tech roller with groaning bass and slinky percussion. The selection then offers 16 other tunes that serve as a welcome reminder of what the label has given us so far…



Jochem Hamerling ’Breezer’ kicks things off with a hooky groove and Spanish vocals that really lock you in. From there on in, the highlights run thick and fast from the likes of Kolombo with the scuffed up deep house of ‘Gosamper’ and three fresh Junior Jack reworks of Virak's ‘Sugar’, ‘More Than’ and ‘Kaolack’. 


Junior Jack’s own collaborations with Pat BDS come in the form of ‘Flash’, ‘Tecky Dream’ and ‘Klimax’, with another Jochem Hamerling gem in ‘Speculation’, Tim Cullen's party-starting ‘Take This’ and then Adam De Maaral's ‘Bracing’ closing down with some 90s style chords and rolling bass driven house.



This is a great collection for fans of Adesso Music, as well as a fine highlight of their work for newcomers. The Adesso Music Session 01 Remixes is due to drop in July and will feature remixes from Audiojack, Patrice Baumel, Darius Syrossian, Butch, Max Chapman, Joeski, Harry Romero, Yousef, Todd Terry and more.
